Opportunity Information: Apply for OFOP0001959
The American Cybersecurity Enhancement Program (ACEP) is a U.S. government-funded initiative aimed at helping Thai entrepreneurs strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities by leveraging American technology, expertise, and business practices. Organized by the Public Diplomacy Section in Bangkok, the program is designed to support 45–60 early to mid-stage Thai entrepreneurs and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) that have been in business for 1 to 5 years and are interested in improving their data protection and cybersecurity systems.
Through training, collaboration, and exposure to U.S. standards and companies, participants will gain practical knowledge and tools to better safeguard their digital operations, reduce vulnerability to cyberattacks, and minimize financial and data-related risks. The broader goal is to promote stronger economic and technological ties between the U.S. and Thailand, emphasizing shared interests in innovation, entrepreneurship, and secure digital infrastructure.
Eligible applicants include U.S. or Thai not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, public international organizations, and governmental institutions. Proposals should highlight connections to U.S. expertise or businesses and demonstrate both the capability to manage U.S. funds responsibly and a commitment to advancing U.S.-Thai relations in the cybersecurity space.
